    Payment

    1 The price you pay is the price displayed on this Web Site at the time we receive your order. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all prices displayed are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and at that stage you will have the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

    3 We do not accept liability for any personal injury, death (excluding death or personal injury resulting from our negligence), loss or damage of any kind whatsoever whether under this contract or caused by any act by us, our employees, agents or subcontractors in connection with this Web Site or the supply of goods or services.
    4 The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.


    Returns Policy

    1 In the unlikely event that any items you receive are damaged, you should contact the Voucherswork Helpline immediately for advice on 0208 614 5893. (Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm)
    2 Please do not return goods until instructed to do so. If you are requested to return your goods please ensure that they are securely packaged. Please also provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item to the address specified by us.
    3 Under the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 days of delivery, for no reason at all. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of us receiving your notification to cancel. This does not apply to goods that have been personalised or made to your specification or audio/video recordings or computer software, which has been unsealed by you. Neither does it apply to perishable goods, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing within seven days of delivery of the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. Goods should be returned to us, at your expense, within 21 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel.

    2 We believe that the most cost effective way of achieving this objective is by doing every task Right First Time and each of us should strive towards this ideal.
    3 To help us achieve this, Projectlink Motivation Limited - the operators of Voucherswork - operates a Quality Management System, which includes the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.
    4 It is the responsibility of every member of staff to review and follow the Projectlink Motivation Limited Quality Management System and to make suggestions for improvement as part of everyday working practice.
    5 It is the responsibility of each Manager and Director to ensure that all personnel reporting to them are aware of the requirement to carry our their work in accordance with the Quality Management System.

    It is the responsibility of the Quality Manager to ensure by audit and review, that this system is being implemented and is effective.

    Having a documented Quality System does not of itself ensure that work practices conform to it. We supplement our continuous efforts to improve the process with regular internal audits of all departments. These concentrate on conformance to the documented processes and practical observations from the implementation perspective.

    Every department is audited at least twice per annum, and our BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation is audited twice annually by the BSI.
